Schedule: Dayshift hours 7 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday. 
Location: Fayetteville, North Carolina

       - $14.00 - $16.00 an hour

The Landscaping Crew Member is responsible for the curb appeal and all aspects of landscaping needs for several apartment communities in the Fayetteville, North Carolina area for Monarch. We are looking for a full time/year round individual that will also assist the maintenance teams with preventative maintenance, turning apartments and other projects as needed.

Requirements:  
  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation to get to Willow Run Apartments (Transportation is provided for traveling between the sites that you'll be working on)
  • 1 year of professional landscaping experience

 

This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and a valid Drivers License.
