Purpose: Partners with the Asset and/or Regional Manager to supervise all aspects of an assigned Region (within a larger market portfolio). Drives team engagement and ensures company philosophy, policies, and procedures are optimally executed in support of regional-level objectives. Conducts site visits to review and oversee various activities such as leasing, file audits, day-to-day operations, budgets/expenses, resident relations, and campus buildings. 
 
Responsibilities:
 
  • Executes monthly Move In and Renewal file audits
  • Walks campuses and units regularly, continually monitoring the sites for curb appeal, signage, project statuses, opportunities for improvement, etc.
  • Conducts or otherwise ensures all physical property inspections are performed, including critical and curb appeal
  • Coordinates or otherwise ensures all site team meetings are occurring as needed
  • Coordinates or otherwise ensures coordination of all needed on-site employee training and certification
  • Capturing tenant renewals at the highest rates possible
  • Leasing properties at or above market occupancy and rent levels per owner guidelines
  • Ensuring each site’s marketing is current, accurate, relevant, legal, and at its greatest effect
  • Ensuring all income is collected and Bad Debt followed up on in accordance with MIMG policy
 Requirements:
 
  • Relevant degree or equivalent formal training or certification/s
  • 4+ years’ experience in multi-family Housing
  • 1+ years’ experience managing multiple sites
  • Multi-property site management experience
  • Advanced technical proficiency
  • Lead teams to success through a strong, positive, motivational leadership style

  • Industry competitive compensation based on experience ($75K - $80K Annually DOE)
