Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Gateway of Grand Blanc Apartments in Holly, Michigan.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM day shift hours.
Full Time - Year Round work. No layoffs and overtime potential available!

What we are offering:
- Competitive pay starting at $19.00 an hour
- Yearly raises up to 5%
- Quarterly maintenance bonus structure, up to $3,000.00 Per Year!
- On-Call Bonus, $100.00 a week when on-call. Min 1.5 hours of pay for any call.
- $50.00 On Call Bonus paid per day for any major holiday worked

Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent (we can train you!)
- Dry walling including painting and carpentry
- Knowledge of plumbing
- Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
- Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposals
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
