We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Apartment Maintenance Technician at Forest Pointe Apartments in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Explore the property here www.forestpointeapt.com and consider this your personal invitation to apply!
Your day-to-day:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Complete general apartment and property maintenance tasks
- Respond to work orders and resident service requests
- Support apartment turnovers and unit inspections
- Participate in an on-call rotation 1 week a month
- Snow removal when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 2+ years of hands-on maintenance experience
Compensation & Benefits:
- $20.00/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $3,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs
