This role focuses on analyzing digital performance, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.

About the Role:
Monarch Investment and Management Group is looking for a Content Writer to join our marketing team. If you enjoy writing, being creative, and working on a variety of projects, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll help bring our apartment communities to life through engaging content while working with teams across the company. We’re looking for someone adaptable, easy to work with, and excited to grow their skills.
What You’ll Do:
- Write engaging content for apartment websites (headlines, descriptions, amenities, etc.)
- Help shape brand voice and messaging across communities
- Create blog posts and marketing content using SEO basics
- Work with different teams on content requests
- Keep an eye on trends and help keep our content fresh

What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–2 years of writing or copywriting experience (real estate is a plus, not required)
- Strong writing and editing skills
- Basic understanding of SEO is helpful
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
