Compensation & Benefits:
- $27/Hour
- Annual salary increases up to 5%
- Quarterly bonus incentives reaching up to $4,000 annually
- On-call bonus of $100 weekly plus minimum hourly guarantees for call-outs

What You’ll Do
- Complete service requests and work orders efficiently
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance repairs
- Apartment turns and make-readies
- Participate in an on-call rotation and snow removal duties
What We’re Looking For
- 4 + years of apartment maintenance experience
- EPA Certification strongly preferred
- Boiler experience strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
