What We Offer
- $70,000 - $75,000 per year
- No weekends
- $45/Month Blue Cross benefits for yourself

- Paid Time Off, 1st Year= 80 Hours, 2-4 Years – 120 Hours, 5+ Years 160 Hours

Property Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of Emerald Creek Apartments
- Ensure high occupancy through leasing and resident retention
- Manage rent collections, delinquency, and financial performance
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and reporting
- Coordinate property marketing and outreach efforts
What We're Looking For
- 3 + years of Property management or multifamily housing experience
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- Customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage budgets, leasing efforts, and team operations
