What we offer

The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales across a portfolio of low-rise communities and multi-storey developments. Working closely with the Marketing Managers and cross-functional teams, this role ensures the timely delivery of campaigns, marketing materials, and sales tools that contribute to successful community launches and ongoing sales performance.

 

What you’ll do

  • Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, email, and on-site channels
  • Maintain and track campaign schedules, timelines, and deliverables for multiple communities
  • Support community launches, including pre-launch, grand openings, and promotional events and ensure internal alignment
  • Ensure all marketing initiatives are delivered on time and aligned to brand standards
  • Assist in the production of marketing materials including:
    • Brochures, floorplans, and feature sheets
    • Digital assets (ads, emails, website content)
    • Signage and sales centre materials
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors (creative agencies, printers, signage providers)
  • Assist with website updates, ensuring content is accurate and up to date.
  • Manage revisions, approvals, and final production of assets
  • Support the coordination of events and initiatives that drive traffic to communities
  • Maintain marketing trackers and project status updates
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the Marketing team across multiple communities
  • Assist with preparing reports and presentations for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with central marketing and external vendors/agencies to execute marketing deliverables
  • Process purchase orders, track invoices, and assist with budget management
  • Provide general administrative support including meeting scheduling and expense administration

 

What you bring

  • Entry-level candidates or individuals with 1–3 years of experience in marketing, coordination, or administrative support, with an interest in building and growing their career in the field
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or marketing platforms
  • Execution & Organization: Strong ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy across all materials and communications
  • Collaboration: Works effectively with Marketing, Sales, Development, and external partners
  • Communication: Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Learning Agility: Eagerness to develop knowledge of new home construction and buyer journey

 

Bonus points

  • Experience in real estate, new home construction, or related industry

 

Compensation

The expected base salary range for this position is $50,000 65,000. Actual pay may vary depending on your job-related knowledge, competencies, and skills. We recognize that exceptional situations may fall outside this range, and we encourage all interested candidates to apply.

 

You are also eligible to participate in Mattamy’s annual bonus program which gives you the opportunity to increase your total compensation if business and individual goals are achieved.
