About You and this Role

You're a stellar PM who knows that Agile is all about valuing people over process and you delight in seeing solid projects released and great teams made even greater. You have enough knowledge and experience about different PM processes to know how and when to apply them and when to refrain. You like improving efficiency, hardening our security stance, helping execute projects, and being the glue for all the details scattered about. It feels pretty satisfying when you can take the disjointed lego pieces of a project and help deliver creations that are scalable, intuitive, and sharp. Key Objectives

  • Drive planning and delivery of global infrastructure projects around systems uniformity, enhancements and third party implementations.
  • Within 60 days, analyze the strengths, opportunities, weaknesses of our global Help-desk support teams and present your findings with solutions to improve tracking, organization and priority management.
  • Improve workflow and process for end-user workstation and global software procurement.
  • Launch global security compliance program in collaboration with Information Security.
  • Plan, organize and coordinate projects to success through an Agile, iterative process.
  • Serve as a Scrum Master for the IT teams and facilitate scrum meetings - stand-up, grooming, sprint planning, retrospective, etc. 
  • Identify and manage project issues/risks, and handle project communications.
  • Track and communicate team achievements and progress of release/sprint.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  • Solid understanding of IT systems, networking and related software.
  • Experience in working with multiple stakeholders and prioritizing competing requests.
  • Excellent decision-making, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to tackle multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and must be able to interact effectively with all levels of management.
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills, and skilled in developing collaborative relationships.
  • Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, and proactive in completing responsibilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BS/BA in Computer Science or equivalent technical background.
  • PMP, CSM, CSP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with JIRA.
  • Experience in vendor management and budget planning.
