About You and this Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Marketing Operations professional to lead our global Marketing Operations team, managing a team of subject matter experts responsible for the execution, optimization, and measurement of demand generation and field marketing  programs and campaigns. This role will report to and work closely with the Global Director of Sales and Marketing Operations.

The ideal candidate is committed not only to operational excellence for the programs and processes in their purview, but for the people as well–both the members of the Marketing Operations team reporting to this role and the stakeholders they support. As this is a global team supporting siloed territories with different priorities and goals, alignment with demand, field, sales operations, and leadership teams is critical to the success of this role.

 

Key Objectives

  • In coordination with Marketing Leadership, set appropriate goals for Marketing which ladder to the company’s overall initiatives and strategy.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze the efficacy of marketing initiatives and programs across the lifecycle of the revenue funnel to support goals and provide insights for optimization of efforts.
  • Align cross-functionally with Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to ensure consistency at department and company level.
  • Manage all processes related to marketing automation and campaign execution, with a focus on standardization, efficiency, optimization, reduction of manual effort, and scalability.
  • Oversee marketing data management, strategy, oversight, and governance, with a focus on improvement of end-to-end lead flow and management and related data hygiene and enrichment.
  • Oversee end-to-end ownership, management, and optimal usage of marketing tech stack, tools, and integrations.
  • Leverage your expertise to infuse the above with best practices, performing as the single point of contact for the team, trusted advisor to fellow marketing leaders, and reliable leader whose team delivers consistent and predictable results.
  • Lead and manage a team of Marketing Operations professionals and subject matter experts to support the above, with a focus on career development and growth potential.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in B2B Marketing
  • Minimum 2 years in a Marketing/Revenue Operations ownership role
  • People management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Marketo admin/power user
  • Salesforce intermediate+ user
  • 6Sense experience
