The Role 

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and thrive in the market. With your deep understanding of the HR, Talent, and Learning & Development industry, As a PMM you will own persona research, messaging, value prop development, frontline enablement, launches, customer storytelling and cross-functional GTM orchestration for the products. You will have a significant influence on both the product strategy and the GTM strategy for the products you will manage, and you will measure success by meeting revenue and adoption goals. You will also lead and mentor a team of product marketing professionals to achieve your objectives. In this role, you will work closely with Propositional leads, Product Leads, and the Demand Generation team to ensure our products meet customer needs and thrive in the market. 

What you’ll do 

•Persona: Develop detailed buyer and influencer personas for your product and solution areas 

•Product Positioning: Develop a deep understanding of our products and target audience to create compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with all customers. 

•Go-to-Market Strategy: Craft and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including market analysis, competitive research, pricing, and sales enablement. 

•Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging marketing materials, including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and product collateral. 

•Sales Enablement: Support sales teams with demos, playbooks, solution presentations and audience knowledge with supporting content such as pitch decks, case studies, blogs, webpages, whitepapers, and other customer and sales-facing content 

•Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product marketing professionals, setting clear goals and providing guidance and support for their growth and development. 

•Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. 

•Customer Insights: Collect and analyse customer feedback to shape product development and improvement efforts. 

•Demand Generation: Work with the demand generation team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive product awareness and demand. 

•Product Performance: Lead the process for the continuous evaluation of trends and adjust strategy to capitalize on shifts in the marketplace. Including the process of obtaining and disseminating competitive intelligence and changing market and audience dynamics for your product and solution areas 

•Partnering with product management & propositional leads to help inform product strategy and direction with the customer at the centre to drive the next generation of our products 

About you 

•Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA is a plus). 

•5 years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on HR, Talent, and Learning & Development solutions. 

•Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products in the B2B space. 

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

•Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. 

•Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority. 

•Familiarity with marketing automation and analytics tools. 

•Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
