As the North America Marketing Leader, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our products and services effectively within the local market. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to support both our recruiting business and our career transition business. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve our business objectives, strengthen our brand image, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement the marketing strategy aligning it with the overall country goals and objectives. Provide strategic direction and thought leadership to drive brand awareness and market share.
- Team Management: Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Set clear goals and KPIs, provide regular feedback, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Market Research: Leverage market research to understand local consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth. Utilize insights to adapt and refine marketing strategies.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across all marketing channels. Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns that enhance brand equity and reputation.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experientials. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget for the country, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Track expenditures, analyze cost-effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and other departments to align marketing strategies with sales goals, product launches, and market feedback.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics and marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and insights.
- Events: Plan and execute local events with customers and employees.
- Communications: Lead internal and external communications including local PR opportunities.
- Compliance: Ensure all marking activities adhere to local regulations, industry standards, and company policy
All About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 15+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, with a track record of successful marketing strategies.
- Strong understanding of the local market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, and internal communications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrixed organization.

- Compensation: $142,000- $200,000 plus bonus opportunity.Placement within this range is determined based on geographic location, experience, and other compensatory factors.
