Global Training Lead (18 month fix term contract) (remote)
As Global Training Lead you will play a key role in the development of FUTUREFIT training collateral and overseeing the effective delivery of FUTUREFIT training service. This role, which has responsibility for oversight, instructional design, and development of FUTUREFIT ambitious training programme. Working with and leading the FUTUREFIT training team, staff, global network of PACERS & functional business SME’s, you will maintain, design, and deliver a portfolio of training collateral that contribute to maximizing the adoption & usage of the impacted groups, teams, and individuals’ part of the FUTUREFIT program.
Reporting Relationships
  • Position reports to the OCM Lead
  • Position has a dotted line reporting to the Program Director FUTUREFIT program
Direct Reports:
  • Position has 3 direct reports that cover Training Content Creation design and provide Success & Support
  • Liaises with the PACERS & functional business SME’s within a matrix structure
Location:
Remote with preference of residence in Eastern or Central Europe ( where LHH has a presence).
Travel:
International travel may be applicable for the FUTUREFIT program.
Languages:
  • Fluent in English
  • Good proficiency in French & Spanish speaking is a preferred

In this role you can expect to:
  • Development and management of FUTUREFIT training services and program
  • Develop and management of FUTUREFIT training offers that provide a range of learning paths with collateral, trainings and resources that respond to the needs of the programs impacted groups, teams, and individuals in scope
  • Ensure our training offer evolves to include a variety of collateral focusing on the 20/80 % modal, bespoke training services (functional & processes/job role changes), and resources (LMS, Lemon Learning (Digital Adoption Platform) in multiple end user systems/platforms) responding to developments within the business and participant feedback.
  • Ensure our training offer adds value to FUTUREFIT – achieving the 3 Human Factor KPI’s (Speed, Utilization & Proficiency - ROI (productivity)) set by business, and by building FUTUREFIT reputation and relationships sustainability.
  • Ensure the FUTUREFIT network has a range of PACERS & SMEs with training experience in related areas, from global to local and vv.
  • Leads the resource mobilisation for FUTUREFIT training offer.
  • Provide leadership to the training team ensuring services are designed, marketed, and delivered effectively.
  • Line manages the Training Content Creators and Success & Support training team in India, ensuring s/he and the Training Team are supported, enabled to manage their well-being, and are delivering effectively and with impact.
  • Oversee instructional design and delivery of quality assurance and maintenance monitoring of the training collateral.
  • Compile training reports/analyses/insights for FUTUREFIT OCM-lead.
Here’s is what you’ll need to succeed:
  • 10+ years proven L&D experience
  • Bachelor and/or Master’s degree in appreciated
  • Proven Project Management experience
  • Training development and delivery execution
  • Experience in instructional design, delivery, and evaluation of online training with a deep understanding of approaches and end user learning.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining training collateral for LMS and DAP systems that drive adoption & usage
  • Engagement, collaboration, and partnership development (with sponsors, stakeholders, PACERS, SME’s etc)
  • Knowledge of and commitment to shifting the power and a passion for the role that training can provide in maximizing adoption and usage.
  • Team building working with an international team.
  • Manage people remotely.
  • Creativity and an ability to translate abstract ideas into concrete plans and training pathways.
