In this role you can expect to             

Key Accountabilities             

  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders (senior leadership, IT and development teams, delivery and operations, marketing, product and innovation team) ensuring clear communication and comprehension of program goals and timelines as well as workstream interdependencies.   
  • Act as a bridge between different teams, facilitating collaboration and addressing risks and concerns. 
  • Provide regular updates to the steering committee on project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Develop and deliver concise, impactful presentations to communicate program status, achievements, and upcoming milestones.
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end program lifecycle, from initiation to delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.  
  • Monitor and manage program risks, identifying potential roadblocks and implementing proactive solutions.  
  • Apply and promote agile methodologies across the product and innovation team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.  
  • Work collectively with cross-functional teams to implement agile best practices and optimize development processes.
  • Work closely with product development and engineering teams to ensure optimal staffing levels, identifying and addressing resource gaps.
  • Facilitate effective resource allocation to maximize productivity and meet project timelines.

  • Proven track record in program management within mature software product development teams.  
  • Demonstrated success in delivering complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Solid comprehension of agile methodologies, with practical exposure implementing agile practices in product development environments.  
  • Excellent social and communication skills, ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels.  
  • Exposure in resource planning and allocation, ensuring teams are appropriately staffed for success.  
  • A proactive and innovative mindset, driving a culture of creativity and continuous improvement within the program and across the organization. 
  • Ability to team up effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering a team effort and results-oriented work environment.
