Global Candidate Services Manager - Global Delivery Service
The Global Candidate Services Manager is responsible for leading our centralized delivery operations teams. Partnering with in country and global delivery operations leaders to standardize, simplify and centralize back off and candidate support tasks whilst maintaining quality delivery, exceeding KPI’s and managing costs for delivery.
Our teams provide support to the business in two key ways. Global Administrative support performas high volume, repeatable back office tasks in a variety of LHH systems. Candidate Support interfaces directly with consultants and candidates to answer questions on delivery, resolve system queries and provide a positive candidate experience whilst minimizing cost to the business.

- Reports directly to VP, Global Candidate Support Services

- Assistant Manager, Global Administrative Support
Indirect Reports
- 5 x Senior Global Administrative Support
- 32x Global Administrative Support
Location: This is a role that will support Europe, India and North America. Ideal candidate location will be in Europe.
Responsibilities
- Partner with in country and global leaders to standardize, centralize and simplify operational processes.
- Ensure quality work is delivered within SLA by centralized team.
- Manage escalations from candidates and operations teams, undertaking root cause analysis and adjusting process and training.
- Maintain a trained, engaged bench of support team members equipped to deliver on fluctuating volumes of work.
- Mentor GDS leads to manage performance, engagement and professionalism of their teams.
- Control costs through cross training, managing utilization and work prioritization.
Desired Experience/Characteristics
- 7 + years experience in delivery operations, or similar.
- Demonstrable experience centralizing and standardizing operations processes.
- 5+ years experience in Career Transition or LD industry
- Experience influencing change and progress in a highly matrixed environment
- Fluent in English is required, French or Spanish desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to adjust leadership style to work with variety of cultures.
- Experience managing competing priorities and stakeholders whilst keeping overarching business objectives a priority.
