Role: Team Lead, Owned Events   
Location: NYC (Hybrid)  
  
The role:  
As the Events Lead for EZRA owned Events you will plan, organize and oversee online and offline EZRA  
specific owned events globally driving towards our desired outcomes. You plan and manage budgets,  
logistics, set deadlines for teams and coordinate post event operations, ensuring a clear lead management  
and leads follow up with the sales team and reporting. You ensure that vendors deliver on time, and that the  
event venue is ready. In this full-time position, you will partner with the broad marketing team (events,  
creative, social media, web, content) and with revenue operations, Sales, and coaches as well as with other  
internal EZRA stakeholders.

  
Your responsibilities in detail:  
  • You will lead the execution of EZRA owned events, including:
    • Owned client summits
    • Owned regional dinners / breakfast / luncheons or meetups
    • Global Enterprise accounts events
    • CHRO events
To execute on those, you will have to partner with the marketing team, specifically the global Events Manager and the Director of Growth to develop the strategy and align with the broader strategy and marketing/corporate OKRs. Activities include:  
  • Work with Marketing and PR to plan and execute on the global and NA OWNED events strategy and plans
  • Ensure cohesion with other events planned
  • Select and negotiate with vendors, monitor their activities to ensure quality control
  • Book venues, other services needed
  • Help with getting the right collateral and material ready for the event
  • Creating schedules for teams involved
  • Manage events budget
  • Communicate updates, changes, concerns in a time manner
  • Attend events yourself and support EZRA attendees
  • Manage the promotions, communications, and branding aspects of the events
  • Leverage metrics and monitor reports to measure impact
  • Ensure continued improvement of events processes by gathering and evaluating feedback from all parties involved
  • Implement surveys to collect additional information
  • Manage approval, invoicing, and payment aspects of the events
  • Plan multiple events at once
  • Ideate and implement Events Experiences
  • Support pre, at and post events activities such as: promotion, partnerships, events execution as well as email marketing
  • Assist with presentation preparation with subject matter experts
  • Support sales activities such as arranging and organizing further meetings opportunities
  
The team:  
Reporting first to the Director of Growth, you will be part of the wider Events and Marketing Growth team  
and work closely with our Innovation and Sales team.  
  
  
About you:  
You have: 
  • 3-5 years of event experience, including an integrated marketing approach
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, Pardot and email marketing automation
  • Understanding of web / landing pages
  • Knowledge of webinar platform such as
  • B2B or B2B SaaS or Service experience is preferred
  • Flexible hours may be required to manage projects across regions and time zones
  • Excellent organizational and coordination skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in digital event promotion tools such as social media channels
  • Customer service skills
  • Reporting & goal setting and understanding of our key performance indicators for events
  • Great project management skills
  • Excellent prioritization and multi-tasking skills
  • Work authorization based on the country you live in
You are: 
  • Fluent in English and ideally in one other language (Spanish or French an asset)
  • A good problem solver, anticipate and plan for different scenarios
