Office Admin & Events Manager FTC (9 months)
Description
Maintaining a safe, positive, and welcoming office environment for our staff, clients, suppliers and candidates, from the environment to the events, to the facilities and general day to day welcome. Looking after, but not limited to - health and safety & regulatory compliance, brand and suppliers for the UK & I property portfolio. Responsible for providing admin support and assistance to the Director of Operations. Working in a very reactive environment you need to be highly flexible, organised, proactive with a positive “can do” and creative attitude. You must be equipped to deal with the unknown and quickly problem solve, whilst constantly thinking how we can go the extra mile for our candidates and colleagues.

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
- Day to day facilities management of the entire UK & I property portfolio, to facilitate the smooth running of an office, ensuring compliance with LHH and Adecco Group policies Manage property and day to day office budgets in line with targets set.
- Event management, including creative concepts, overall project coordination, planning, setup, catering, suppliers, and the onsite running of all internal LHH events. This also includes assisting the Marketing Director with various client events, such as venue sourcing, catering, AV suppliers, and on-the-day support, etc.
- Manage event and facilities supplier relationships. including the building managers / landlords, maintenance, catering, production, cleaning, printers, engineers etc
- Management of office room booking software to ensure optimal utilisation & compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Admin support to the Director of Operations for general duties & diary management
- Oversee stock control, replenishment, ordering and distribution of delivery materials, kitchen provisions and office supplies within the 2 Harewood Place office for candidates and staff.
- Feedback to the wider business to provide improvement ideas and suggestions to relevant colleagues.
- Respond immediately and appropriately to any complaints and/or breaches in candidate experience and escalate notable issues as a matter of priority to the Director of Operations

- Experience of office / property management, essential
- Demonstrable track record of excellent organisation skills with the ability to multitask, prioritise and think under pressure.
