Who We’re Looking For:
The Field Manager Marketing and Clinical will essentially support the technical upskilling of the French Sales Team and demonstrates our expertise to customers. The position focuses on operational, customer-facing marketing activities, ensuring strong field presence to assist with product demonstrations, trainings, and relationships building. It bridges local execution with EMEA and Global marketing strategies, emphasizing practical implementation and customer engagement.
Territory: France and BeNeLux
About the Role:
Field Presence & Customer Support
- Spend 40% to 60% of weekly time in the field across France (80%) and BeNeLux (20%) to support sales teams and customers.
- Presence on exhibitions, workshops and congresses
- Act as the first point of contact for sales representatives, managers, and customers for all product-related questions (excluding technical repairs).
- Assist with product demonstrations during specific clinical procedures and customer meetings.
- Provide on-site support during key installations or product evaluations (tenders).
- Collect and relay field feedback to improve training and marketing materials.
Operational Marketing Execution
- Implement local marketing programs aligned with EMEA / Global strategies.
- Adapt and translate brochures, documentation, and marketing materials for local use.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all customerfacing materials.
- Coordinate local promotional activities (in-hospital workshops, demo days).
- Sales Enablement & Training : deliver training sessions for sales teams to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
- Support sales managers with coaching and best practices for product positioning.
- Develop peer-to-peer programs for clinicians to share best practices.
Customer & KOL Engagement
- Maintain close relationships with scientific societies (e.g., AFU, SIFUD) and Key Opinion Leaders.
- Recruit KOLs as advocates and partners for educational initiatives. o Support professional education programs and organize webinars for healthcare professionals.
- Specific support in APHP management
- Events & Trade Shows o Co-organize and attend relevant congresses, trade shows, and workshops to represent the company.
- Plan and execute webinars and virtual events targeting healthcare professionals.
Tender & Institutional Support
- Provide support for public and private tenders, including documentation and compliance.
- Assist in managing relationships with group purchasing organizations and hospital procurement teams.
- Support pricing and offer communication for tenders and procurement.
Team and Portfolio
- Cross-collaboration with >20 people in the field in both countries, including TMs, FSEs, Sales Managers + tender managers and whole EMEA team based in NL and Global based in US
- Mainly URO focused (UDS, Scopes, Bladder scanners, Optilume), but also supporting GI and interacting with MCH (ex OB) “Field associate Marketing and Clinical”.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Biotechnology, or a Medical-related field.
- Proven marketing experience in the healthcare industry, ideally within MedTech (mandatory).
- Strong experience in Product Management, including product launch, CE marking, local regulations, IFU management and translation, pricing, etc. (mandatory).
- Knowledge of Urology is highly appreciated.
- Experience in KOL management, particularly with AP‑HP, is a strong plus.
- Native-level French and professional proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Valid full driving license.
- Flexible and willing to travel regularly, including overnight stays.
- Advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to identify business opportunities and persuade, influence, and engage stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills.
