Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Maternal Child Health team, the Associate Territory Manager (ATM) is a field‑based, quota‑bearing commercial role that supports territory execution while developing the skills required to progress into a full Territory Manager position. Working closely with Territory Managers and Regional Sales Directors, the ATM focuses on hands‑on clinical engagement, product education, and day‑to‑day account support across Labor & Delivery, OB/GYN, and NICU environments. This role serves as a deliberate development pathway, providing exposure to hospital selling, clinical workflows, and product adoption strategy without ownership of full territory planning or contracting responsibilities.
About the Role:
- Support a defined geography under Regional Sales Direction, by executing day‑to‑day territory activities, including account coverage, follow‑ups, product demonstrations, and in‑servicing within hospital‑based MCH settings.
- Deliver approved product education alongside TMs and Clinical Educators, support early case coverage and evaluations, reinforce IFU‑aligned use, and assist with product pilots, conversions, and launches.
- Contribute directly to utilization growth and account expansion across Laborie’s MCH portfolio by increasing clinical confidence, responsiveness, and consistency in the field.
- Achieve or exceed assigned quota or activity‑based performance objectives while building foundational competencies in hospital selling dynamics, clinical value messaging, competitive awareness, and basic value analysis workflows.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Life Sciences, Nursing, or related field preferred)
- 1+ years’ experience in women’s health, maternal health, OB/GYN or neonatal medical devices.
- Foundational understanding of hospital value analysis processes, contracting workflows, and reimbursement dynamics.
- Strong interest in medical device sales or women’s health, high coachability and learning agility, comfort operating in clinical environments
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of a defined pipeline to Territory Manager readiness. Travel up to 80% of time based on geography.
- Experience supporting accounts within IDN or GPO aligned systems.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting elements of new product launches and high-growth or entrepreneurial environments preferred.
