Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the France Sales team, the Associate Territory Manager will help to market, promote, sell and support Laborie products and services specific to the interventional urology market. This position assists in building Laborie’s business in assigned territory, while preparing for future opportunity to assume a position as Territory Manager.
About the Role:
- Drive sales growth by meeting or exceeding assigned targets.
- Become an expert on the Optilume product portfolio and urethral stricture disease state, while supporting customers across the full Laborie product range.
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Partner closely with Territory Managers to achieve regional objectives.
- Complete OR certification and maintain hospital credentialing for assigned accounts.
- Provide training to physicians and clinical staff on Optilume procedures in line with IFU guidelines.
- Manage administrative tasks including reporting, forecasting, and expense tracking. Support marketing initiatives and share market insights.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and collaborate professionally across departments.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree (BA/BS).
- 2-years medical sales experience in operating room preferred.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to learn products and advanced clinical applications of LABORIE product offerings.
- Ability to implement and train on equipment for medical professionals.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of Applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good PC knowledge and technical skill
