Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Service Team, the Systems Technician is responsible for the reception, verification, and investigation of Service ERP/CRM/Ticketing system issues from relevant parties in order to facilitate the efficient resolution of System issues. This role tracks and manages ongoing Systems activities initiated by Service requests and coordinates the needed actions through oral, written, or electronic communications both internally and externally. This role monitors that all requirements related to the assigned activities are fulfilled, tracked, and maintains the keeping of records. In addition, the Systems Technician role may facilitate the initiation and fulfillment of System improvements and upgrades.
About the Role:
- Manage Systems break/fix requests, record dates and statuses in relevant applications.
- Log and facilitate required follow up activities.
- Monitor incoming requests and action accordingly or request additional needed information to action.
- Entry of system transactions to initiate, process, and close systems requests.
- Complete User Acceptance Testing for ERP/Ticketing System changes and improvements.
- Create and update work instructions for system processes related to Service activities.
- Provide training and support to Service team members on related work instructions and System processes.
- Work with Service Team leaders to provide necessary reporting on KPIs.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Competent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent command of English, both oral and written.
- Experience with corporate ERP and CRM systems (SAP and C4C preferred).
- Ability to multi-task, organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. - At least 2 years of experience in a customer facing environment; previous medical device equipment experience is preferred.
