Who We’re Looking For:
As a key member of the Customer Service team, the Customer Service Representative will facilitate the input of standard orders for external customers in the EMEA region.
About the Role:
We are looking for a candidate based in or near Hengelo who is available to work 32 - 40 hours per week in a hybrid setup, with approximately three days onsite.
The ideal candidate enjoys solving customer queries and takes pride in providing a high level of service. They are comfortable working as part of a broader supply chain process and understand how their role contributes to overall operations.
You are proactive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple requests while maintaining clear communication with both internal stakeholders and customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated to identify improvements in processes and ways of working. Additional duties include:
- To complete order entry for standard consumables orders
- Provide a ‘Triage’ for incoming orders, diverting the non-standard orders to the relevant department for completion
Minimum Qualifications:
- Education level: MBO+ / HBO level with experience in similar function
- Fluency in English and Dutch is required, knowledge of French/German is a bonus
- Computer literate, network knowledge required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good social and communication skills
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in SAP beneficial
