As a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer omnichannel brand (bricks and mortar, ecommerce, home delivery), we are seeking a strategic and analytical individual to join our team as the Director of Growth Marketing.  
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to create meaningful and memorable brand experience that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across all channels. You will lead a team of talented marketers to optimize campaigns, build loyalty program and implement omni-channel strategies to fuel the growth of our company. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to drive measurable results and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
We are looking for a candidate who is a strategic thinker, but also don’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting your hands dirty.  This is an in-office role, Monday - Friday, based in Miami, FL. 
Key Responsibilities:
Growth Marketing Strategy 20%
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies and programs to drive user growth, increase customer retention, and maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Manage a team of high performing marketers and provide oversight across email, digital marketing, retail / field marketing, CRM, SEM etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize conversion funnels and brand experience to drive higher conversion rates and improve overall customer acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Regularly analyze data and provide insights to optimize strategies and maximize the impact of marketing campaigns.
 
Commercial Channels / Sales Activation 40%
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of sales driven activations, with the focus on email/SMS marketing, in-store or grassroot marketing.
  • Work closely with the brand creative team, as well as product, ecommerce, store ops teams to plan and optimize email/SMS marketing to drive sales revenue.
  • Develop field marketing strategy and partner with ops and regional teams to implement field marketing initiatives to drive foot traffic, increase AOV & transactions.
  • Develop and maintain regular reporting on key performance metrics, providing insights into the effectiveness of sales driven activations and progress towards growth goals.
 
Brand (Loyalty) Programs 40%
  • Develop and execute brand loyalty strategy and programs that align with overall brand objectives and business goals, in partnership with key internal stakeholders.
  • Pull reports, analyze data, and watch performance to inform recommendations. Design & implement test & learn programs to continually improve the effectiveness of our programs.
 
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of combined marketing communications, digital and retail marketing experience (ideally consumer packaged goods related)
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition and revenue growth in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with omnichannel brands, with deep understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Thinking strategy, but also being a hands-on team player
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to inspire a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint applications.
  • Strong knowledge and comfort for the nationwide US consumer outside of the South Florida area.
