        2ND SHIFT HOT SIDE FS/QA 
 
Hours:
  • 2ND Shift – flexible as needed or required 
 
Responsibilities & Expectations:
  • Perform various quality control functions including but not limited to inspection and audits.
  • Inspect various product to assure compliance with Company specifications
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the industry helpful but will train 
  • Dependable and enthusiastic 
  • Leadership skills 
  • Good people skills, ability to work well with others 
  • High School Diploma or GED required 
  • Good communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Good math skills 
  • Ability to follow instructions 
  • Physically capable of performing line work 
  • Good attendance record 
  • Self- starter 
  • Bilingual preferred but not required

    The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:  
    • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;  
    • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;  
    • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;   
    • Base hourly salary range: $21.00-$23.50
