Customer Service Representative



Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the Pilgrim’s team at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado. In this role, you will act as the liaison for our customers and support our sales team in every endeavor.  This position processes all orders received on a daily basis for accounts that are assigned to this position and coordinates the processing of the customer order with production planners, warehouse personnel, transportation, sales, and the customer. This position is fully onsite with no opportunity for remote work.



  • Order entry
  • Liaison between customers and sales
  • Send customers weekly updates and verify that customer requested price matches system price
  • Act as the daily point of contact with customers via telephone and email
  • Handle customer issues/complaints daily:
    • ETAs on trucks and any transportation issues
    • Shortages and overages of product
    • Invoice adjustments, credits, and billing questions
  • Confirm order acknowledgement within 2 hours of receiving order
  • Maintain a weekly order/shipping schedule per customer
  • Report customer feedback and all customer complaints to management
  • Become familiar with customers’ needs
  • Provide information on your area as requested
  • Enter credits, deductions, and complaints into High Radius
  • Miscellaneous reports for Sales Representatives
  • Backup for other CSRs
  • On-call weekend/holiday rotation
  • Other duties as assigned

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:

  • Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
  • Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
  • 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; and
  • Base salary of $18/hr;


For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado, JBS and Pilgrim’s is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role. This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
