Operations & Scheduling Coordinator
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for an Operations & Scheduling Coordinator to join the JBS Imports team at our Corporate office in Greeley, CO. Our ideal candidate will be ambitious and driven. In this role, you will support the Case Ready team within the Imports business unit.
JBS Imports is one of the largest meat importers in North America, handling approximately a quarter of all beef and smallstock shipments to the region. With sales offices across the U.S. and Canada, we supply our customers with the finest beef, lamb, mutton, goat, veal, salmon, and pork products from JBS and 3rd party suppliers in Australia, Brazil, and other countries of origin in Europe, South America, and Oceania.
Responsibilities:
- Support inventory tracking and raw material allocation
- Track inbound raw material for case ready – request rush inspections when necessary
- Develop and maintain a forecast position for the case ready portfolio
- Case Ready sales order entry/account management backup
- Create purchase orders in SAP
- Develop tools to improve order fulfillment for processor partners
- Ensure case ready orders are accurately staged, shipped, and invoiced (order fulfillment tracking)
- Provide high level support by conducting research, preparing reports, and handling information requests
- Track and update pricing report with processors to sustain accuracy on costs
- Generate ideas to push for training materials to expand product offerings
- Communicate raw material needs with management team
- KPI tracking
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite required
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills & and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Ability to handle and coordinate multiple projects at the same time while using judgement to prioritize workload
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; know how and when to ask questions
- Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
- Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
- Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
- 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
- Base salary range of $56,500-$65,000;
- Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program; and

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
