Molding Technician - 1st Shift

- OT as needed on Fridays
- Paid Time Off: 128 hours (prorated from start date)

- Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application.
- Release formed log from mold checking for quality.
- Maintain proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank.
- Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint creating a genuine wood appearance.
- Clean and maintain log machine/mixer and molds daily.
- Perform box-out and packaging process as needed.
- Flexible rotating into other production lines as required for regular rotation or as needed.
- Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation.
- Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves.
- Working in a repetitive, fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Some manufacturing experience is preferred.
