Regional Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Align local selling strategies with national programs using Gold Sheets for assigned National Builders
- Collaborate closely with HHT's National Account Management team to connect corporate strategy with local market execution
- Document the fireplace/hearth decision-making process within all assigned accounts
- Analyze market trends to recommend optimal fireplace mix, upgrade offerings, and pricing strategies by homebuyer type
- Develop Profit Propositions through option and upgrade recommendations with corresponding resale pricing
- Educate decision makers and influencers on current hearth trends, technology, and competitive insights
- BA/BS in related field (or the equivalent combination of education and experience) preferred
- 4+ years with successful sales or design experience in residential construction, preferably with production builders.
- Strong experience presenting, training, or facilitating group discussions
- SalesForce or similar CRM experience preferred
