Position Details
  • Starting Pay: $23 – $30 per hour (based on skills & experience)
    • Additional $1 - $2 per hour shift differential for weekends
  • Location: Randolph, VT
  • Schedule: 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM (will include a weekend day)
  • Full-Time / Direct Hire
 
Hearth & Home Technologies is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support operations in our foundry.  This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous production.

Maintenance Tech Duties
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on foundry equipment
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
  • Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime
  • Perform routine inspections and document maintenance activities
  • Support equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvements
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures
