Molding Technician 2nd shift
Description
- Starting Pay: $19.25- $21.75 per hour (based on skills & experience) +$2/hr shift differential
- Shift details: 5:00 PM – 3:30 AM (Core Hours)
- 4 x 10 Schedule (Monday – Thursday)
- OT as needed on Friday

- Select appropriate log/concrete refractory forms to ensure proper application
- Release formed log from mold checking for quality
- Maintain proper amounts of base product in a log forming tank
- Use paint guns to paint logs and refractory, highlight logs with paint creating a genuine wood appearance
- Clean and maintain log machine/mixer and molds daily
- Perform box-out and packaging process as needed
- Flexible rotating into other production lines as required for regular rotation or as needed
- Complete all quality and safety procedures and documentation
- Willing and able to wear proper PPE as required such as dust mask, wet boots, gloves, and sleeves
