CNC Programmer
Description
- Core hours:
- Monday through Friday 6:00am - 2:30pm
- OR Monday through Thursday 6:00am – 4:30pm
- Pay Range: $22.00 to $28.50 per hour
- Program and maintain CNC turret punch presses and laser machines
- Use CAD and CAM software to prepare production-ready programs for flat lasers, tube lasers, and turret punch machines
- Apply critical thinking to enhance safety, boost product quality, and lower production costs
- Demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills within the team and across departments
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and productive with minimal supervision
- Excellent organizational skills, especially with managing files
- Experience with CAM and CAD software or willing to learn
- Previous experience in similar manufacturing industry and/or vocational training/certificate
- Minimum of 3 weeks Paid Time Off (prorated year 1)
