Role Purpose

The Key Customer Sales Support (KCSS) handles mass customers and operational transactions in partnership with designated members of the sales team and fielding incoming account specific queries. In this role you will be expected to support communications across all functions, most notably commercial and operations, ensuring communication is clear whilst maintaining excellent organisational skills. The KCSS assists with sales project administration, tracking delivery status and resolving discrepancies. The KCSS is also responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the administrative functions of the designated accounts end-to-end.

What You’ll Do:

  • Account Support; fielding account specific calls and e-mails, developing relationships with key clients
  • Maintain open order workbook, linking with operations and accounts teams
  • Attend account sales meetings both internally/externally and conference calls where applicable
  • Working closely with the marketing and planning teams on execution and delivery of key initiatives where applicable e.g FSDU’s
  • Order book management including data cleansing
  • Catalogue management
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, retail partners, peers and other departments
  • Resolution of customer issues via liaising with customer services team
  • In depth product set up information; providing key customers with the detail they need on Funko products and categories
  • Product image management; ensuring key customers are receiving images promptly and correctly
  • Supplying test certificates as available/required

What You’ll Bring:

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of company systems, products and processes.
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Project-oriented, pro-active, creative and self-motivated work style proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects amid changing priorities in a fast-paced environment while consistently delivering superior results within given deadlines
  • Demonstrated client services focus
  • Analytical mind with a good understanding of numbers
  • Ability to work on own initiative and think outside the box
  • Strong administration experience and organisational skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of Excel; pivot tables, v-lookups and graphs are essential
  • Excellent customer service, engagement and communication skills
  • Be able to demonstrate a ‘team player’ ethic
  • Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages essential
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems desired (MS Dynamics D365), desirable
  • Has excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills - English
