The eCommerce manager will be responsible for leading a team to accelerate significant growth and help define the strategic vision for Funko’s digital commerce businesses. This talented manager will dive in and be responsible for creatively developing and implementing a strategy that aligns and advances our eCommerce business, including an integrated omni-channel experience, and end-to-end operations of the brand’s websites. Strong attention to detail and quality are required while working efficiently in this fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do

  • In collaboration with DTC leadership, set and execute web initiatives to achieve revenue and conversion goals for the Funko brand, cross brand promotions, mobile app, and marketplace storefronts
  • Manage the successful execution of online launches and events such as weekly drops, conventions, and promotions, including performing QA; ensuring accuracy of product information, inventory, and content.
  • Strategize and approve site promotions; manage incoming requests for discount codes and ensure timely and accurate launches of new offers.
  • Lead site merchandising and SEO strategy and execution. Develop compelling onsite experiences, collections, features, and trend stories to deliver on the brand and merchandising strategies.
  • Plan homepage the homepage calendar in conjunction with buying and planning teams based on marketing initiatives, exclusive launches, and forecasts
  • Partner with Digital Marketing team on performance activities including acquisition marketing, retargeting, and affiliate marketing. Develop significant channel growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the eCommerce, buying, planning, operations, and digital/UX teams to drive achievement of financial targets and successful execution of departmental goals.
  • Oversee innovative new concept development, strategy, planning, testing, and implementation of all e-commerce initiatives.
  • Leverage analytics and testing to optimize current site performance. Develop site search and web merchandising reporting, and A/B testing plans.
  • Proactively compile regular reports on site performance, researching and diagnosing anomalies, trends and opportunities.
  • Review business performance, weekly and monthly web KPI and selling reports, understanding when and where to react to business needs to be in line with the financial plan for each season.
  • Track revenue forecasting to ensure product launches and site events coincide with plans. Collaborate with leadership to adjust based on shifts and priorities.
  • Lead functionality testing on website hot fixes and releases.

What You’ll Bring

  • 5-7 years in retail e-commerce, with at least 1-year experience managing direct reports
  • Must have previous experience maintaining and/or leading an e-commerce business, with deep knowledge of eCommerce best practices
  • Well-versed in full Microsoft suite, website analytics, and proficient in analyzing data for eCommerce decision making
  • Experience with enterprise-level eCommerce platforms is a must, proficiency in Salesforce business manager tools is preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, exhibiting a high degree of drive and track record of driving team engagement
  • Partners well cross-functionally and develops efficient processes for feedback and collaboration; able to work side-by-side clearly and consistently across functions and departments and synthesize multiple points of view into a coherent action plan
  • Innovative with a disruptive mindset; a critical thinker with strong bias for action
  • Experience with optimizing the user experience based upon an understanding of the on-site path to purchase
  • Ability to empathize with customers to understand their core needs, gather insights and create solutions that build the business with a customer-centric approach in the short and long term
  • Strong creative, critical thinking, and intuitive problem-solving skills
  • Superb communication skills, clear and concise in both written and verbal communication

Salary Information

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $90,610 - $110,500 annually. ​Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.

Work Environment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

This position is based in Everett, WA (HQ).
