What You’ll Do 
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of Funko Games projects (as assigned), namely: Product Development, licensor traffic and submissions, Sales and Marketing support, and supporting key stakeholders within the organization. Critical to the Development Manager’s success will be an affinity for quality assurance, system management, rights clearance, documentation, and basic site maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Licensor Relations:
    • Coordinate approval submissions, obtain style guides, assets, artwork, and feedback from licensors
    • Ensure compliance with licensor requirements, and maintain positive ongoing Funko Games licensor relationships, including but not limited to: Disney, Warner Bros., Hasbro, Paramount, Netflix, and others
  2. Project Information Management:
    • Track, maintain, and communicate project status at an item-by-item level
    • Monitor product data, approvals status, and deadlines to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Update retail sell-in grid for licensors
  3. Sales and Marketing Support:
    • Provide assistance to all 1st party global Sales and Marketing efforts
    • Provide assistance to all 3rd party Distributor efforts
    • Develop and submit marketing collateral, and other supporting materials to licensor (as needed)
  4. Contracting:
    • Maintain accurate records of 3rd party rights, incl. entities, contracts, grants, and requirements, ensuring (at all times) Funko Games compliance
    • Coordinate, document, and ensure clearance for all Game(s) assets, fonts (incl. font management), names, etc.
  5. Ordering and System Management:
    • Ensure quality assurance requirements are met (or exceeded) for all 1st party needs and 3rd party Licensor approvals
    • Create and maintain new product listings in Shire/NAV, and any other applicable Funko systems
    • Carefully monitor and maintain any-and-all Sales and Distribution activities, ensuring orders are accurate and processed in a timely manner
  1. Curate Funko Games Digital Footprint
    • Assist in the management of product pages on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of product information
    • Monitor feedback for Funko Games product on App Store for lifetime of product
    • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimize product pages for search engine visibility and user experience.
What You’ll Bring
  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer, or Project Manager of the development of consumer products (ideally toys and/or board games) or entertainment media;
  • 3+ years of experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, demonstrating superlative organizational skills;
  • An analytical mindset and interest in data and passion for achieving business goals;
  • A pragmatic big-picture thinker that can reconcile analytical and creative forces for the purpose of achieving optimal business outcomes;
  • A generally positive, ‘can do’ attitude, calm demeanor, and problem-solver’s mindset when under pressure;
  • Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, with an enthusiastic spirit for collaborative teamwork;
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
  • An interest and appreciation of standard processes and systems;
  • Proficiency with Mac OS and intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud skills (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop);

Salary Information
The base salary range for this position is $67,725 - 82,000 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location.
