Role Purpose
You will be responsible for supporting the Director, FP&A and Senior Manager, Finance Ecommerce and Supply Chain in the development of forecasts, budgets, and long-term strategic plans for APAC, Oceania and EMEA. This position will support the monthly / quarterly / annual management reporting process to drive insight and business interventions to ensure business plans are executed effectively. In addition, this position will complete financial data analysis and evaluation to support ongoing commercial and operational decision making.
 
What You’ll Do:
  • Assist in the development of quarterly business forecasts and annual budgets.
  • Support weekly analysis of current month and current quarter revenue outlook.
  • Complete monthly revenue reports.
  • Partner with Sales Managers to ensure complete transparency on contractual and non-contractual customer dilutions, enabling accurate accounting.
  • Prepare monthly margin analysis (channel / product), including product cost validation.
  • Prepare monthly inventory write off provision analysis.
  • Prepare monthly cost centre reports.
  • Provide ongoing investment decision support to the APAC / Oceania / EMEA commercial and operations teams.
  • Partner with the Group FP&A team (who are based in the US) to ensure consistency of product / customer / country reporting and the underlying data hierarchies.
  • Ad hoc support as required across the Finance team.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent analytic and financial modelling skills.
  • High standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Highly organized.
  • Experience in a growth-oriented business, preferably within a FMCG / Manufacturing / Distribution background in a public company and / or with a US parent.
  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills (in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft PowerBI).
  • Proficiency in accounting software applications.
  • Part Qualified ACA / ACCA / ACMA.
