 Let’s talk about some of the key responsibilities of the role:
  • Lead all sales and coordinate marketing needs with national accounts
  • Achieve company revenue objectives by establishing relationships, implementing customer contracts, and ongoing management of the assigned accounts
  • Closely collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to develop customized strategic plans and drive effective management of assigned key accounts 
  • Actively communicate relevant information and deliverables to senior leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with all federal, state, local and company policies
  • Represent company at regional and national trade shows
  • Attend and participate in marketing and sales meetings as requested
  • May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned
 Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • BA/BS degree in life science or business discipline, MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of proven success in key account selling experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred 
  • Medical marketing experience or equivalent transferable experience
  • Experience in aesthetics, highly preferred 
  • Strong analytics capability including confidence and experience with data, analytics, and contracting
  • Highly self-motivated, self-directed and detail-oriented
  • Team orientation with ability to collaborate effectively with sales and marketing
  • Effectively communicates and presents complex technical and financial information
  • Results driven with proven ability to independently plan and prioritize strategies and tactics to achieve revenue targets
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving
  • Excellent decision making and leadership capabilities
  • Adaptability; reacts to change quickly and calmly
  • Proficiency in all standard office computer programs/apps, including CRM
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)
 A Few Other Items Worth Mentioning:
  •  Office location: Eastern half of the United States with close proximity to an airport
  • Remote based position covering National Accounts 
  • Travel required, approximately 65-70%
  • Position reports directly to Director, National Accounts
 
Compensation & Total Rewards
The expected base pay for this position is $135,000 + sales incentive compensation.  Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, certifications, and more.
