Evolus is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric focus on delivering breakthrough products.  We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Information Technology to join our team, reporting to the Director of IT Operations and Cybersecurity. In this pivotal role, you will lead International IT and serve as the primary liaison for technology solutions that power our international business operations. 
 
This position combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, navigates ambiguity with confidence, and translates business objectives into impactful technology initiatives that align with our broader international strategy. 
 
As a bridge between business functions, vendors, and internal IT teams, you will ensure that international systems and processes are effective, secure, and scalable. Partnering closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will help design and deliver technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency, strengthen governance, and elevate the customer experience. 
 
Leveraging our IT Service Management (ITSM) platform, you will drive consistency, process improvement, and service excellence across all international locations.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Act as a versatile technology leader, bringing broad experience across Salesforce, ERP, and e-commerce platforms, and the agility to shift seamlessly between hands-on problem-solving and high-level strategic planning. 
  • Thrive in dynamic, fast-evolving environments, navigating ambiguity and international complexity to translate business priorities into clear, actionable technology outcomes. 
  • Partner closely with business teams to understand needs, triage priorities, and connect them with the most effective technical and functional expertise to drive results. 
  • Build trust and alignment across functions, demonstrating strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and solution orchestration — even when leading through influence rather than direct execution. 
  • Collaborate with global and corporate IT teams to ensure seamless integration of international systems, infrastructure, and networks, in full alignment with enterprise standards and best practices. 
  • Work in partnership with Cybersecurity to embed and maintain robust security frameworks, safeguarding data and systems while ensuring ongoing compliance with global regulations and standards. 
  • Engage and manage external vendors to design, deliver, and support scalable technology solutions that enable and enhance international operations.
  • Provide responsive end-user IT support, ensuring business continuity, operational excellence, and a consistently positive technology experience across teams.
  • Office Location – Milan, Italy (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Travel: Some travel may be required
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. 
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in IT operations and support, including at least 3 years in management, driving performance optimization, process improvement, and team development. 
  • Comprehensive expertise in IT infrastructure, including Entra ID, Microsoft 365 (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Exchange Online), servers, networks, and cloud environments. 
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to translate complex technical topics into clear, accessible language for diverse audiences. 
  • Proficiency in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL, with hands-on experience using Jira Service Management or similar platforms. 
  • Strong foundation in IT governance and compliance, including GDPR and SOX controls, ensuring the protection of personal data and adherence to robust IT general controls. 
  • Collaborative leadership style, fostering inclusive, high-performing teams and effective cross-functional partnerships. 
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting abilities, with a proven track record of resolving complex technical challenges and implementing sustainable solutions. 
  • Experienced in project management, balancing multiple priorities and delivering results in fast-paced, evolving environments. 
 
Preferred Qualifications…
  • AWS, Microsoft (M365), and ITIL.
