This role will be responsible for the direct sales of the company’s products and provide product information and appropriate company information regarding Evolus.   The successful candidate will develop new accounts within their established geographic territory, while meeting and exceeding established sales quotas. Additionally, the ideal candidate thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-growing environment who understands inside sales methodologies and provides a world-class customer experience.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • To achieve or exceed the sales targets and sales objectives within a defined territory or as directed by line management.
  • Development and implementation of annual territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM system
  • Leverage the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support the HCP marketing, medical education and practice management needs
  • Ensures cross functional working with the Medical Service Liaison (MSL) and local opinion leaders (LOL) to differentiate the scientific data and clinical benefits of using Nuceiva
  • Sell company products in a defined territory via sales presentations, promotional activities, and education events. 
  • Develops and implements a commercial strategy and account plan for each commercial client, ensuring the appropriate level of support and resource allocation
  • Analyse sales data, customers’ segment and potential, growth drivers and competitive actions on a regular basis
  • Develops and maintains a high level of product knowledge of market trends and developments in the market and competitor activity
  • Attend key national, regional and sales meetings as required by the company
  • Uses the insight from customer/company information to feed into UK and European regional business planning process.
  • Develops and maintains a high knowledge of market trends & developments in the market and competitor activity
  • Ensures all activity is recorded on a weekly basis within the CRM system
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with local, and company policies and procedures
  • Keep abreast of all clinic data pertaining to our products to remain a good resource to the customer. 
  • Act in a professional manner when representing Evolus. 
  • This is a field-based position in Ireland. Must live in territory and no relocation assistance provided. 
  • Up to 50% travel 
  • Other duties as assigned
 
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • 5 years of Sales experienced within Medical Devices or Pharmaceutical 
  • Energized by building, innovating and iterating. 
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. 
  • Effective communicator, verbal and written. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 
Preferred Qualifications…
  • Experience of using CRM systems
