Evolus (NASDAQ: EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an experienced and driven Product Marketing Manager (Evolysse®) to join our Commercial Marketing Team reporting to the Executive Director, Head of HA Franchise. In this role, you will serve as the commercial competitive intelligence lead for the Evolysse™ hyaluronic acid (HA) filler portfolio. You will shape how the competitive landscape is understood, how competitors are framed, and how Evolysse is consistently differentiated across the category. This role translates deep competitive, clinical, and category insights into marketing-ready storytelling and sales-facing competitive assets that enable downstream execution and inform franchise strategy. Serve as the primary source of intelligence on competitor dynamics, delivering competitive insights, pressure-testing product positioning, and driving the creation of commercial marketing assets that strengthen category and market positioning for the Evolysse franchise.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
  • Category Intelligence & Competitive Narrative
    • Own the development and maintenance of category intelligence and the overarching competitive narrative for the injectable HA landscape
    • Monitor and synthesize ongoing competitive activity, including product offerings, features, benefits, claims, launches, and messaging, delivering real-time insights to commercial stakeholders
    • Act as the commercial marketing source of truth for competitor positioning and category dynamics
  • Product Differentiation & Asset Creation
    • Establish clear, consistent differentiation across the Evolysse portfolio within a highly competitive market
    • Develop and evolve competitive marketing assets, including competitor matrices, competitive frameworks, objection-handling talk tracks, comparison tools, and positioning guides
    • Translate head-to-head clinical and technical data into compelling, compliant, and commercially relevant marketing materials for HCP audiences
  • Commercial Messaging & Positioning Guidance
    • Provide category-level guidance for key messaging, sales aids, and positioning tools, ensuring alignment across commercial marketing channels
    • Pressure-test product positioning to ensure differentiation is defensible, credible, and resonant in-market
    • Partner closely with Field Marketing, Sales Training, Medical Affairs, and Regulatory to ensure competitive assets are accurate, compliant, and execution-ready.
  • Strategic Focus: Category Differentiation
    • Establish and reinforce a clear, consistent differentiation strategy across Evolysse products relative to legacy filler competitors
    • Translate product and competitive market positioning into marketing-ready storytelling that supports downstream commercial execution
    • Deliver forward-looking category insights that inform franchise decisions, portfolio evolution, and launch readiness
    • Lead competitive positioning for emerging market dynamics, including the growing GLP-1 patient segment, leveraging Evolysse’s first-of-its-kind FDA labeling referencing weight-loss-related facial wrinkles
  • Role in the Organization
    • Serve as the central intelligence hub for competitor dynamics within Commercial Marketing
    • Act as a trusted guide for how Evolysse products are positioned, compared, and differentiated in the market
    • Influence cross-functional alignment by ensuring competitive insights and category perspectives are consistently reflected in commercial execution
  • Desired Skills & Experience
    • Medical Aesthetics Expertise: 5+ years of experience in medical aesthetics marketing, with a strong focus on dermal fillers and/or neuromodulators
    • Competitive & Clinical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to interpret clinical endpoints and translate them into compelling competitive messaging
    • Commercial Marketing Focus: Experience building downstream marketing assets designed to support field execution and account conversion
    • Regulatory Awareness: Working knowledge of FDA-approved labeling, promotional standards, and compliant claim development within pharmaceutical or MedTech environments
    • Cross-Functional Influence: Proven ability to collaborate with Sales, Training, Medical, and Regulatory partners
  • Office Location - Newport Beach (hybrid onsite Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)
  • Up to 20% travel
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • 5+ years of experience within Sales or Marketing
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems creatively
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in all standard Office computer programs including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications…
  • Bachelor’s degree in either business or life sciences preferred
Compensation & Total Rewards 
This is an Exempt position. The expected pay range for this position is $147,800 - $185,000. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan, terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
