We are seeking an experienced and driven Medical Affairs Clinician to join our International Medical Affairs Team reporting to the Head of International Medical Affairs. You will be an experienced and motivated aesthetic clinician who thrives in a field-based environment. In this role, you will help expand awareness and education of Evolus products by responding to unsolicited training requests, delivering high-quality clinical education, and building trusted relationships with key opinion leaders and influential providers. You will identify research and grant opportunities, and provide timely, accurate, balanced, and unbiased medical and scientific information. Acting as a credible clinical partner, you will communicate complex technical and scientific insights clearly to both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
- Serve as a trusted medical and scientific resource, responding to unsolicited clinical and scientific inquiries from healthcare professionals (HCPs) and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver high-quality education and training programs to HCPs, promoting best clinical practices and evidence-based use of products.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key opinion leaders, thought leaders, and influential providers within the aesthetics community.
- Ensure full compliance with company standard operating procedures, maintaining accurate training records and administrative documentation.
- Establish peer-level credibility with medical and scientific experts by interpreting, synthesizing, and clearly communicating complex medical and scientific literature to both internal and external audiences.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales teams, providing expert medical and scientific support to enable informed, compliant engagement with HCPs.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal databases containing medical and scientific information on company products and relevant competitive therapies.
- Remote/Field position - Home Office – Based in Italy with frequent travel within territory.
- Up to 60% travel

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
- Medical Doctor (MD) with current licensure to practice in Italy.
- At least 3 years of hands-on clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, including injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers.
- Board certification and/or additional formal training in aesthetic medicine is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated excellence in injection techniques with a strong understanding of facial anatomy.
- Proven experience working closely with aesthetics-focused healthcare professionals.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives working independently in a field-based environment.
- Sound judgment, decision-making, and leadership capabilities.
- Adaptable and resilient, able to navigate change with confidence and composure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate confidently in professional medical settings.

Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a number of considerations including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
