Multi-Channel Manager, Central/Northern Italy
Description
- Achieve and exceed sales targets within your assigned territory, ensuring strong market penetration and sustainable growth.
- Develop and execute annual territory and account plans, leveraging the Evolus CRM system to monitor performance, identify opportunities, and refine commercial strategy.
- Use the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support healthcare professionals (HCPs) with marketing tools, clinical education, and practice‑support initiatives that elevate their toxin offering.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs Clinicians (MAC) and local key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote the scientific evidence and clinical advantages of Nuceiva.
- Drive product adoption through in‑clinic visits, sales presentations, workshops, promotional events, and educational activities tailored to each customer’s practice needs.
- Develop customized commercial strategies and account plans to maximize engagement and provide the appropriate level of support, resources, and follow‑up.
- Continuously analyze sales data, market dynamics, competitive trends, and customer potential to guide strategic decisions and identify growth levers.
- Stay informed on industry developments and competitor activity to ensure a deep understanding of the Italian aesthetic market landscape.
- Participate in national and regional congresses, internal meetings, and sales trainings to stay aligned with Evolus priorities and market evolution.
- Contribute to broader business planning by sharing field insights, customer feedback, and strategic recommendations with the European leadership team.
- Maintain accurate, consistent CRM reporting by logging weekly activities, opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Ensure all activities comply with Italian regulations, Farmaindustria guidelines, and Evolus internal procedures.
- Stay up to date on clinical data related to our products to provide customers with accurate, informed, and credible scientific support.
- Remote role with flexibility to balance work and personal life, while staying connected with the team.
- Travel opportunities (up to 50%) to meet customers, support key business initiatives, attend industry events, and engage with stakeholders.
- Other duties as assigned
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or medical device sector, ideally within facial injectables or dermatology/plastic surgery specialties.
- Valid and clean driving license (patente B).
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
- Strong analytical, planning, and organizational capabilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with aesthetic doctors, clinic owners, and other stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Italian and professional business English, with the ability to communicate clearly and inclusively across both languages.
- Must hold a valid Informazione Scientifica accreditation as required for promoting and selling botulinum toxin within the Italian market.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and familiarity with Italian regulatory frameworks for aesthetic medicine is an advantage.
- Experience in customer service, inside sales, or supporting aesthetic clinics is considered a plus.
