Evolus (NASDAQ: EOLS) is a performance beauty company with a customer-centric approach focused on delivering breakthrough products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sr. Accounts Receivable Representative, who, under general supervision, will initiate outbound calls to customers regarding past due invoices, process customer payments, respond to customer billing inquiries, and perform various data entry tasks in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact… 
  • Monitor inbound and outbound customer communications related to accounts receivable, including payment inquiries, collections activity, and accurate documentation of account interactions.
  • Handle complex and high-level customer inquiries regarding account balances, aging, billing discrepancies, and disputed charges, ensuring timely and professional resolution.
  • Monitor National Accounts and other key customer accounts, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution of billing, payment, and account issues.
  • Perform detailed account reconciliations and research to resolve payment variances and ensure accuracy of customer accounts.
  • Execute accounts receivable functions at a senior level, demonstrating a strong understanding of AR policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • Serve in a lead capacity by providing guidance, assistance, and knowledge-sharing support to accounts receivable team members.
  • Support management in achieving individual, team, and departmental goals and performance objectives.
  • Assist with special projects, system enhancements, audits, or process improvements as assigned or directed by management.
  • Act as a problem solver and escalation resource, assisting with the de-escalation of customer issues while maintaining professional relationships and company standards.

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
  • 4+ years’ credit and collections experience required.
  • Communication – Demonstrate friendly and professional phone skills. Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, with employees, customers, and all other contacts.  Ability to adjust communication style to suit the situation and audience.
  • Multi-Tasking — Ability to assist customers by phone, chat, and email in a fast-paced work environment. Ability to prioritize offline workload and provide accurate and timely responses.
  • Critical Thinking — Ability to demonstrate a strong problem-solving and analytical approach to all tasks.
  • Social Perceptiveness — Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do.
  • Computer Skills – Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to type at 40 wpm with accuracy.  Ability to learn various other software programs, including NetSuite and HubSpot.

Preferred Qualifications…
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Compensation & Total Rewards 
This is a Non-Exempt position.  The expected pay for this position is $31.30 to $38.94. You are eligible for an annual bonus compensation plan; terms and conditions apply. Your actual base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis. It may vary based on many considerations, including but not limited to role-relevant knowledge and skills, experience, education, geographic location, certifications, and more.
