Position Summary: 

EVgo is looking for an outstanding candidate to join our growing company and Program Management team. If you love working with cross-functional teams to turn strategies into reality, and have been told you are highly organized and excel at “getting stuff done” this may be the job for you. The Senior Manager, Program Management, will collaborate and lead initiatives involving extensive cross-functional involvement with teams including marketing, software product, hardware, customer support, business development, and finance teams to ensure industry-leading internal operations. 


  • Champion, manage and grow our Objectives and Key Results process in the company, including ensuring the best in class processes and systems.
  • Manage and build EVgo’s new product development process and support systems 
  • Manage internal major cross-cutting internal initiatives including pricing, systems implementations, and others.
  • Help build best in class program management processes for EVgo.
  • Develop metrics and measurement of program success through dashboards and other mechanisms.
  • Support Voice of the Customer and other Market Research efforts.
  • Lead or contribute to dashboarding / reporting and performing program analyses.

 Required Skills and Experience:

  • Self-driven and outstanding ability to implement.
  • 5+ years of project/program management and with increasing levels of leadership on cross-functional projects.
  • Demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams and senior executives on strategic projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of, and strong interest in ongoing learning in best practices for visual display of quantitative information.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, experience building cross-functional relationships.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Ability to lead teams that are not direct reports.
  • Understanding of modern product development processes including Agile and passion for keeping up with the latest developments.
  • Strong analytical skills – very adept with spreadsheets and interpreting numbers.
  • Previous experience working with large and/or disparate data sets.
  • Passion for project management including an understanding of best practice processes and tools (e.g.,, Asana, SharePoint).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., SiSense, Data Studio, Tableau) and data warehouse tools (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Metabase).
Additional Expertise:
  • MBA and/or management consulting backgrounds are a plus.
  • Technical background (experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Data Science).
  • PMP or other project management certification is a plus.
