This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
 
Role Overview 
We are looking for a versatile Senior DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to bridge the gap between traditional infrastructure management and modern cloud-native practices. You will be responsible for the health of our on-premises virtualization stacks (Nutanix/VMware) while scaling our AWS cloud footprint using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and robust CI/CD pipelines.
 
 
Required Technical Skills 
  
  • 5+ years of experience in a dual Infrastructure and DevOps role.
  • Cloud: AWS (VPC, EC2, EKS, API Gateway, IAM).
  • DevOps Tools: Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • OS & Identity: Advanced Linux & Windows Server Administration, Active Directory.
  • Virtualization/HCI: Nutanix, VMware, HCI architectures.
  • Networking & Security: Infoblox DDI, WAF, Cloud Security best practices.
  • Backup/DR: Rubrik DRP.
 
Key Responsibilities 
  • Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize Windows and Linux server environments, including Active Directory, Nutanix HCI, and VMware virtualization.
  • Cloud Operations: Architect and maintain AWS services including VPC, EC2, EKS, and API Gateway with a heavy focus on cloud security and WAF implementation.
  • Automation & IaC: Standardize infrastructure deployments using Terraform and Ansible to eliminate manual configuration.
  • Containerization & Orchestration: Manage production-grade Kubernetes (EKS) clusters, including Docker containerization and scaling strategies.
  • CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD workflows using Jenkins to automate testing, integration, and deployment.
  • Network & Data Integrity: Oversee Infoblox DDI (DNS/DHCP/IPAM) and ensure business continuity through Rubrik Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP).
 
Qualifications 
  
  • Candidates from BE/B.Tech only
  • Proven track record of migrating or managing hybrid-cloud environments.
  • Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or PowerShell) for automation.
  • Relevant certifications (AWS SysOps/DevOps, CKA, or Nutanix NCP) are a plus.
