This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
 
About the role:
This position is responsible for leading end to end Order fulfilment including revenue through traditional channel, online stores, customer upgrade programs and the warranty operations to support Enphase’ vision, mission and strategies for long term sustainability and growth, while working with internal teams like sales operations, supply planning, logistics, IT, Customer Service, Digital business unit & the customer, when required.
 
What you will be doing 
  • Facilitate key decision making by engaging cross functional leadership to drive end to end order fulfilment
  • Provide periodic reports on order processing, seasonality, and trends as an aid to the Sales Ops process
  • Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organizational stakeholders
  • Developing futuristic backlog planning or order management capabilities partnering with sales operations, digital business units, customer service, logistics, supply planning & IT
  • Developing, overseeing, and implementing training programs for the team & build capabilities for multidimensional capability expansion to resolve business problems & improve efficiency and responsiveness
  • Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
  • Contingency planning to support critical customer requirements and factory exigencies
 
Who you are and What you bring 
  • BE/BTech, MBA/PGDM/MTech from the Tier 1 institution with 12+ years of experience in operations or supply chain management
  • Experience in working in office suite (proficiency with MS Excel)
  • Proven ability to think independently and handle multiple priorities through to completion, while leading different teams
  • Service orientation along with compliance mindset
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams to deliver the products to customers as per agreed SLAs/MSAs
  • Ability to work in multi-cultural & geographically diverse teams with proven organizational skills
  • Flexible to work in different time zones & able to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to communicate at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle or other ERP systems would be an added advantage
