As a company developing new products in a highly regulated industry, documentation is at the center of all we do. We're looking for someone to lead our Homologation and documentation compliance team. You will be involved with updating regulatory site approvals, impact documentation, and improving the architecture of our filing system to meet different regulatory requirements such as CE. You also will develop, define, and improve our documentation standards and processes.
 
Other duties include
  • Update & Maintain Global Compliance listings and approvals, working with Compliance managers, Program managers, Product line managers, and Responsible Engineers
  • Site manager for Vulcan place and manage EMC teams day to day workflow.
  • Represent WW compliance giving updates and progress for all global listings in relevant meetings
  • Audit existing material
  • Identify potential improvements and manage content gaps
  • Create checklists to help Engineering and Product Managers produce correct documentation according to the regulations
  • Create checklists to help compliance engineers audit product documentation during regulatory certification process
  • Develop and implement content management documents and processes
  • Assist others with templates and guides
  • Maintain and update our certification database and advise relevant stakeholders of any updates
  • Maintain our TCF database and update as and when required
 
What you will need
  • Minimum 10 years of Technical Writing or equivalent experience in Electronics industry, regulatory or engineering environment
  • Formal tertiary qualification
  • Proven experience leading and developing highperforming teams, with a track record of achieving results through others.
  • Confident decisionmaker with the ability to balance people considerations and business priorities.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and maintain strong crossfunctional relationships.
  • Experience leading processfocused change initiatives, including planning, stakeholder engagement, and postimplementation review.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce highquality work with a strong focus on accuracy and precision.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe applications.
