This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
About the role
The Staff Quality Analyst – is a key role in the quality organization. Will be responsible for reporting quality metrics to executives including CEO. Drives critical quality improvement actions through task forces. Timely escalation of issues to executives. Provides essential support for the data management activities of the Quality organization. Collaborates with cross functional teams globally.
Who you are and what you bring:
BE/B. Tech degree or higher in Engineering
8+ years’ relevant experience in hardware technical/quality Industry
Experience leading teams, familiar with 8D, SPC, Minitab/JMP
Excellent Advance Excel, PowerPoint skills
Experience in programming/query languages such as Python/R/SQL
Expertise in custom visualizations in Incorta/Tableau/Qlikview or similar tool
Out of box thinker – charters their own course
Ability to interpret and summarize presentations for executives
Design, develop and implement data-driven strategies
 
What you will do:
Mentor junior analysts to report metrics and analyze field data and automation
Possess strong communication to be able to handle & lead Senior CEO Management level presentations.
Lead DPPM reduction initiatives by organizing cross-functional taskforces, identifying corrective actions (Manufacturing process/Design/Supplier), and ensuring timely closure
Analyze and present customer field data to assess fleet performance and support Sales in customer retention and new business development
