Globally, we’re a group of 700+ people working from 5 offices on 3 continents and the EMEA organisation is growing its internal sales team to enable the growth of its Commercial & Enterprise business.

Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a talented Sales Development Representative who will play an integral role in driving the growth of our customer base and revenue through generating qualified leads for our EMEA Sales team mainly UK but across Northern Europe (UK,Eire,Nordics and Netherlands).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create meetings for the Sales team by following up on Inbound interest from Marketing Events, Campaigns and activities by taking Inbound leads, educating and qualifying interest.
  • Create meetings for the Sales team by working with the online Chat software (Drift) to work with interested prospects
  • Create meetings via outbound activities by working on named accounts with Sales Reps, using Intent based and Value – Chain based activities.
  • Attend events , both Egnyte and 3rd party, to meet with prospects, discuss our company and our products.
  • Achieve the monthly targets of Sales Accepted Opportunities.

Must Have:

  • You have the interpersonal skills to quickly connect and establish a relationship with potential customers.
  • Native English speaker, competent in speaking and writing
  • Demonstrated success in sales development or lead generation
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to understand technology and communicate it to prospects
  • Quick learner and self-starter with an entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Bachelor/Master's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

  • Prior experience with cloud and/or SaaS products
  • Prior experience with CRM systems such as, Intent Engines such as 6Sense
  • A second language

Egnyte offers a base salary and an On-Target Commission plan plus a package of appropriate benefits for the role
