Our Partner Marketing team is a critical function within the Egnyte marketing organization, responsible for accelerating Egnyte’s growth and market reach with, and through partners.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Reporting to the Director, Global Partner Marketing, this role will own and execute the to-partner marketing strategies for Egnyte products, solutions and go-to-market initiatives. Critical tothe success of Egnytes evolution as a partner-first organization, the Senior Partner Marketing Manager will focus on driving partner capacity, engagement and revenue ramp through targeted recruitment, awareness and sales engagement campaigns. This is a fast-paced, self-starterrolerequiringa hands-on approach withexcellentwritten and verbalcommunication,organization,and project management skills. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Define and deliver quarterly partner sales plays aligned to go-to-market initiatives and product launches, managing the partner rollout and communication plan and tracking performance against KPIs.
  • Own and execute the new partner onboarding communications and engagement strategy to support accelerated revenue ramp for new partners.
  • Develop and manage programs to drive ongoing partner engagement and build community including a partner advisory council and online forum.
  • Act as primary POC for product marketing, defining requirements to drive partner sales readiness in support of product updates and launches.
  • Plan and execute a partner recruitment strategy inclusive of digital campaigns, recruitment events and equipping the partner sales team to drive effective partner recruitment in support of partner coverage and ARR goals.
  • Refine and amplify Egnyte’s voice to the channel through development of a partner value messaging framework that will be integrated into all partner facing communications vehicles.
  • Provide requirements to partner enablement on partner training and enablement requirements to support effective partner engagement and activation on key initiatives, plays and launches.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including Partner Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Program, Communications and Partner Enablement, to ensure alignment on partner initiatives and to gather feedback for continuous improvement.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

At least 7 years of technology marketing and/or sales enablement experience with at least 5 years focused on technology channel partner go-to-market and/or sales enablement.

  • Proven track record in building effective campaigns or programs to drive partner recruitment and partner sales acceleration objectives
  • Experience working with Managed Services and VAR partners.
  • Experience managing successful events.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on key objectives and results.
  • Experience using SFDC to track partner data and generate reporting.
  • A passion for using data to track results/course correct.
  • Experience building successful partner marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a high standard for quality content and messaging.

 

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $150,000k - $175,000k annually. Payvaries by work locationand may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge,and/or experience.
