 As the Senior Product Manager for AI, you will be at the forefront of developing cutting-edge solutions for a broad range of product management functions.  You'll translate customer insights into innovative products, champion user needs, and orchestrate development from concept to release.

In addition, you will help deliver critical Machine Learning and AI capabilities for Egnyte products while ensuring we deliver high-impact solutions that keep us at the cutting edge.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop groundbreaking Generative AI applications that analyze complex data, respond to common queries and automate tasks for industry-specific use cases
  • Leverage AI to solve pressing business challenges for our enterprise customers
  • Partner with leadership, customers and prospects to identify opportunities where AI can deliver value
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX, Engineering and cross-functional teams and deliver with quick time-to-market solutions
  • Define and track key business metrics that demonstrate the business impact
  • Proven experience conducting hands-on market research to validate requirements and ensure we're building solutions that address real customer needs and market opportunities

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years of product management expertise with a proven track record of delivery
  • Strong foundation in Machine Learning and AI concepts (NLP, LLM and related technologies)
  • Passion for directly engaging with customers—from requirements gathering to demos and sales support
  • Experience working and guiding product and engineering teams distributed globally
  • Direct experience building enterprise SaaS solutions for technical users & buyers
  • Technical Prowess - ideally with previous software engineering experience.

 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC), life sciences, or financial services industries is a valuable plus

 

COMPENSATION:

  • Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $188,000k - $225,000k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
